Job Title: Child Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Worker to join our team at Story Book Day Care Centre Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily care and supervision to children, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's physical and emotional well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and shared information.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a child care setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 kg and perform physical tasks as required.
