We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team at the Volunteer Centre of Calgary. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to support the development, evaluation, and enhancement of our STEM programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect, organize, and manage data from various sources, including program evaluations, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create detailed reports, visualizations, and dashboards to present data findings and trends.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our programs and initiatives.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness and impact of our programs by analyzing feedback, performance data, and outcome measures.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of statistical methods, data management, and visualization techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
