Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are meeting sales targets
  • Hire, train, and develop sales associates to achieve their full potential
  • Order and manage merchandise inventory to meet customer demand
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts
