Job Overview

Your Role
As a lifeguard and swim instructor, your primary responsibilities will include providing swim instruction based on our curriculum, enforcing safety rules and regulations, and interacting with parents/guardians on their child's development. You'll also be responsible for maintaining pool equipment, reporting accidents, and participating in training sessions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development. You'll need to be at least 15 years old, hold a current Lifesaving Society Bronze Cross or NL certification, and have Standard First Aid with CPR C and AED certification. Previous experience delivering high-quality swimming lessons is preferred but not required.
