This role is part of our North America Strategy team, working closely with clients across the continent to address complex challenges and opportunities in transportation policy and planning.

The successful candidate will conduct advanced policy and quantitative analysis, lead projects, and manage client relationships with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.

Main Responsibilities

  • Engage with diverse clients to develop strategies for addressing transportation challenges and evolving solutions
  • Create meaningful impact through provision of high-quality advice and technical expertise
  • Analyze policy and data to inform strategic decision-making, supporting clients in making informed investment choices
  • Develop and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Take ownership of project delivery as a project manager or task lead, ensuring best practices are applied consistently
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients, taking initiative to identify problems and opportunities and developing recommendations
  • Lead project teams to deliver innovative and successful proposals and projects, meeting time, cost, risk management, and product quality expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and new ideas, ensuring our work remains cutting-edge
  • Take ownership of continued professional development, practicing relevant consulting, strategic planning, and policy development skills
  • Identify risks and project challenges, communicating professionally to the team
  • Provide feedback to team members on an ongoing basis
  • Follow market leadership expectations for project management, written deliverables, and client presentations
  • Mentor and manage early career professionals
  • Participate actively in market meetings and contribute to market direction
  • Support proposal production and delivery
