Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Bawa Property Management Inc. as a key member of our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The work site environment includes confined spaces, wet/damp conditions, and various locations.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in plumbing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
  • Physically demanding work.
  • Steel-toed safety boots required.
