Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is a key member of the Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween team, responsible for delivering exceptional Guest Services and driving sales growth. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing a world-class shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct housekeeping and merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Support the Store Management Team in pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention
  • Provide excellent Guest Services, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display maintenance to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 17
  • Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for 8 hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
