Job Title: Machine Designer

We are seeking a skilled Machine Designer to join our team at FOX PACKAGING SERVICES. As a Machine Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our manufacturing processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects
  • Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings, and specifications
  • Design tools, moulds, jigs, and fixtures
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Supervise maintenance programs or operation of mechanical plants
  • Test machines and equipment
  • Project management
  • Prepare project schedules
  • Assist in design, development, and testing
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Carry out analysis of research data and prepare research reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Experience with SolidWorks software
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
