At EXP, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our Regional Marketing Team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our business development initiatives and contributing to the success of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate proposals from long lead to RFP, analyzing requirements and coordinating with internal and external parties.
  • Develop and maintain support materials, such as boilerplate content, resumes, project sheets, images, and testimonials.
  • Build and develop presentation slide decks and relevant business development-related marketing materials.
  • Support PR initiatives, including social media, and serve as a brand ambassador for EXP.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to obtain and exchange information.
  • Maintain and enter data in EXP's CRM database.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal teams at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a mix of work experience in proposals.
  • Two to five years of experience coordinating proposals, ideally in the engineering industry.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator) and CRM software, such as Deltek.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel to local offices.
