Bannister Kelowna Cadillac is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Parts department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers
  • Provide expert advice to customers on vehicle components and accessories
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in parts and service, preferably in a dealership environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management systems

  • Monday to Friday schedule with alternating Saturdays
