About This Role

This is a highly competitive sales management position that requires a motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in a hybrid retail sales management role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving store profitability and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve minimum store revenue targets and new business loading targets.
  • Maintain a minimum 4.5 Star Google review rating.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel with a minimum of 3 appointments a day per sales advisor.
  • Conduct warm calls, cold calls, and email campaigns to support the building of the sales team's pipeline.
