Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annumThe estimated salary range for this position is based on the national average for nannies in similar roles. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality childcare services to children of varying ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers;
- Assume full responsibility for household duties, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry;
- Develop and implement engaging activities, games, and outings to promote cognitive and social development;
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols;
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise;
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as child development, education, and first aid;
- Collaborate with other caregivers and staff members to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care;
- Diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education or related field (an asset);
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, preferably in a nanny or childcare setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities;
- First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain);
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required to transport children);
