Job Summary:

As a Server at Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants, you will be an integral part of our Front of House team, providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service delivery. We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and organized individual to join our team as a Server, responsible for managing tables, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons
  • Manage tables, take orders, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized section, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring all items meet our high standards
  • Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous serving experience in a similar environment
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products and services
