Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal store operations.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that products are accurately stocked and easily accessible to customers.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Work Environment: Maintain a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, ensuring that all staff members are aware of and adhere to our store's policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
