We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Pharmacist Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Pharmacy Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting our stores within the District by executing Programs and Processes and ensuring company objectives are achieved or surpassed.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting Pharmacy Teams in executing store level corporate and operational Rx policies and procedures. This includes store operations, loss prevention, prescription dispensing, and patient focused services.
You will be expected to work closely with all Pharmacy staff, Front Store Staff, District Leaders, Pharmacy Practice Leaders, and on occasion Rexall Support Centre employees to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Pharmacy Teams in executing store level corporate and operational Rx policies and procedures.
- Support store operations, loss prevention, prescription dispensing, and patient focused services.
- Work closely with Pharmacy staff, Front Store Staff, District Leaders, Pharmacy Practice Leaders, and Rexall Support Centre employees to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- University Degree combined with valid Provincial Pharmacy license.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
