Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Team Specialist to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through our food and beverages.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer flexible scheduling, 4am or 12pm start times, employee meal discount, premium rate of pay, fast-paced work environment, scholarship opportunity, health and dental benefits to qualified candidates, and comprehensive training.

Job Description

This role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. As a Culinary Team Specialist, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, taking on new challenges and responsibilities as you progress in your career.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and serving high-quality menu items to guests
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth and improve guest satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A customer service background, preferably in the food service industry
  • The ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Previous experience in quick service restaurants is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and outgoing personality
  • Flexible scheduling and a willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
