Job Summary

Bhagyalaxmi Hospitality Inc is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites, as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Regularly inspect our sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices and receipts.
  • Co-ordinate Work Activities: Co-ordinate the work activities of our cleaning staff with other departments, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a cleaning or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of cleaning staff.
