Strategic Investor Relations Leader

As a key member of the Rock Central LLC team, we seek a seasoned Director of Investor Relations to drive our investor communication strategy. This role plays a vital part in maintaining consistent messaging with the investment community and assessing market trends.
About the Role
- Develop and execute an effective investor relations strategy, focusing on quarterly earnings announcements, investor presentations, and analyst meetings.
- Cultivate strong relationships with sell-side analysts and buy-side institutional investors.
- Collaborate with Finance, PR, and other teams to align messaging around quarterly and business developments.
- Monitor industry updates and assess competitive positioning to inform investor relations efforts.
- Prepare regular market trend updates, investor feedback summaries, valuation analyses, and industry news briefs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the production of quarterly earnings materials, including release scripts, Q&A, investor presentations, and talking points.
- Utilize financial databases for investor profiling, targeting, and ownership reports.
- Cover investor events and manage investor relations logistics.
- Support in drafting SEC filings, proxy statements, and ESG reports.
- Maintain compliance with disclosure regulations through collaboration with General Counsel.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity sales, research, or strategy for a public company.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Financial background in sell-side equity research, buy-side, corporate finance/investment banking, finance.
- Experience with financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets.
- Strong analytical skills to create financial models and evaluate internal and sell-side models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We estimate the salary range for this position to be $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on industry standards and comparable roles.
