Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Erikson Pro division, responsible for the professional and commercial audio and intelligent lighting products in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on rental, installation, and architectural markets, as well as DJ retail portions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product go-to-market strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage brand segments and develop growth strategies to increase market share.
  • Perform sales, profitability, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Manage inventory, product lifecycle from SKU creation to product launch, and retirement.
  • Develop close supplier relationships and foster open lines of communication to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
  • Liaise with sales representatives and suppliers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide expertise in product applications, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing and communications activities to promote products and drive sales.
  • Manage social media platforms and digital and web content to engage with customers and promote products.
  • Assist with e-commerce efforts, including Amazon storefront maintenance and advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, special events, and other promotional events to showcase products and drive sales.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales/management experience, preferably with hands-on experience.
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with little supervision/autonomously or collaboratively and under pressure.
  • Takes initiative, is creative, organized, good sense of judgment, result-oriented, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and JD Edwards/E1 is a plus.
  • Bilingual in French and English is required.
