Fusion Security is seeking a professional and experienced security officer to join our team. As an OFA 2 certified security personnel, you will be responsible for providing medical response and emergency services to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed
  • Assume the role of an Occupational First Aid Level 2 attendant on site
  • Respond to client requests and onsite emergencies
  • Provide face-to-face customer service to clients, public, and those working inside the building
  • Ensure the security of all personnel, visitors, and the general public
  • Inspect and patrol premises
  • Monitor property access
  • Investigate and report suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches
  • Enforce client informed policies
  • Communicate with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments
  • Respond to alarms

Requirements:

  • A Valid BC Security License
  • OFA 2 certification
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and complete routine patrols
  • Relevant experience in the security and/or customer service industry
  • Excellent customer service and professional deportment
  • A high standard for safety and passion for security
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
