Job Title: Account Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Account Supervisor is a key member of our team at Arc, responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of market insights and the ability to develop innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with client objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns

  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful campaign delivery

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of business leadership experience in an agency setting
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of market insights and consumer behavior
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
