Job Summary

VMG Strategic Technology is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist - IT to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support
    • Provide technical assistance and support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
    • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Network Administration
    • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
    • Configure and troubleshoot network devices and protocols.
  • Client Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and employees.
    • Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve overall IT services.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of IT strategies and plans.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Skills
    • Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
