At Signal, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Patrol Agent to join our team. As a Security Patrol Agent, you will be responsible for conducting patrols, both on foot and in a vehicle, to ensure the security and protection of our clients' properties and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mobile security services while operating a company patrol vehicle, adhering to site-specific instructions and post orders.
  • Write detailed and accurate reports using company technology and web-based software during each shift.
  • Interact with internal and external customers on site, cultivating a customer service relationship and providing peace of mind.
  • Communicate with the Advanced Patrol Agent and Branch Patrol Supervisor to report any customer or property-related information and concerns.
  • Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by the Branch Patrol Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass background check and drug test
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values, and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
