Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is required, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, along with the ability to operate standard forklift, manual pallet jack, and other lift trucks safely and efficiently.
- Self-starters with good time management, planning, and organizational skills are highly desirable, as are individuals with a commitment to detail and a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including Excel), and strong communication skills (written, email, and verbal) are essential.
- Ability to follow all safety rules and wear proper safety equipment in the warehouse.
- Basic math calculations and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work with minimal supervision.
- Climbing ladders, stairs, and operating lift trucks requires flexibility and range of motion.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, including no more than two minor violations within the past three years and no major violations within the past five years.

Working Conditions:
This position involves working in a warehouse environment with some outside exposure. Flexibility during peak seasons is required, as overtime may be necessary.
