Quality Control Specialist

Technical Support Group Staffing Services Ltd. is seeking a Quality Control Administrator for a contract position.

Position Overview:

  • Accountable for the accurate maintenance of documentation and records pertinent to quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure that all documentation is systematically organized, current, and readily accessible.
  • Conduct quality assessments and reviews of documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Engage with personnel to confirm the accuracy of documentation.
  • Compile and prepare final document packages.
  • Formulate, execute, and uphold quality control protocols and standards.
  • Facilitate continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, discrepancies, and ongoing requirements.
  • Guarantee compliance with all organizational standards, including quality, health, and safety, as well as ensure that necessary checks and inspections are performed during routine operations.
  • Revise and disseminate Quality Policies and Procedures as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is advantageous, particularly within a project team.
  • Must successfully pass a drug and alcohol screening.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong data entry capabilities with a focus on accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across various departments.
  • Prior experience in quality control is preferred.
  • Experience managing the administration of significant projects is considered beneficial.
  • Proven ability to work effectively and independently within a team setting.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and navigate conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
