We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Langley Memorial Hospital in Langley, B.C. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication, speech, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs and goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication among team members.
- Evaluate and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
