Job Title: Cook

Bombay Mart is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet customer demands and expectations
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Dependability, judgement, and reliability
Work Environment:

Bombay Mart is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires strong communication and teamwork skills. As a Cook, you will be working in a kitchen environment with a team of experienced professionals.
