About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the salon, including staff supervision, client service, and sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to set high standards, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the salon team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
- Monitor and control expenses, optimize resources, and contribute to the growth of the business.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current cosmetology license as required by provincial regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions.
- Good eyesight, physical stamina, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
