About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead and oversee the architectural aspects of large-scale transit infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transit systems and a minimum of 5 years of management experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architectural Design Management
    • Lead and manage the external architectural design efforts for transit system projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
    • Oversee the development of architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
    • Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders to integrate architectural design with overall project objectives.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    • Allocate resources effectively to ensure that project milestones are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Project Coordination and Collaboration
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other discipline leads to ensure cohesive and coordinated project delivery.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for architectural matters, liaising with clients, consultants, and government authorities to address concerns and secure necessary approvals.
