About the Role

ADP is seeking a District Manager, Outside Sales to drive business growth and expand our market presence. As a sales professional, you will leverage your skills in consultative selling, relationship building, and solution development to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, resulting in significant revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong partnerships with clients by providing expert guidance, industry insights, and innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product experts, marketing teams, and account managers, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
