About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Labourer to join our team at EPL Plastics. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting machine operators and assemblers in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Manufacturing Process: Assist machine operators and assemblers in the manufacturing process, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Material Handling: Transport material and tools to and from work areas, ensuring that all materials are properly stored and organized.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the operation, repair, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring that all machinery is in good working condition.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced, ensuring that all products meet the required standards.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all materials are properly stored and accounted for.
Work Environment

As a Manufacturing Labourer at EPL Plastics, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads, up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination
  • Language: English
