We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at DIWAN A DAWETT RESTAURANT LTD O/A DAWETT RESTAURANT. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and working collaboratively with our kitchen and bar staff to deliver high-quality food and beverages.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
- Balance cash and record sales accurately.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
- Supervise other servers and bussing staff to ensure seamless service.
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Client focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Availability to work 30-40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
