Your Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Software Developer to join our team, working on projects related to generative AI and machine learning. You will design, architect, and build services and cloud infrastructure supporting generative AI and ML projects.

The platform we are building is to power generative AI for game creators across EA, utilizing powerful models fine-tuned and adapted for asset creation. Performance, ease of use, and security are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect backend services to power our generative AI/ML platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement solutions, write clean, well-structured code, and participate in code reviews.
  • Work with Product Managers, Tech Artists, and DevOps/MLOps engineers to identify requirements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, promoting a culture of learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with EA's game technologies, engines, and strategies.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Experience in architecting and coding backend/online services.
  • Proficiency in at least one backend/online service programming language.
  • Experience integrating/working with MLOps pipelines and products.
  • Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
