Key Responsibilities
- Assist veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and pet owners, providing exceptional client service skills.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients, adhering to our clinic's high standards.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, ensuring the cleanliness of reception areas, pet holding areas, and common spaces.
- Develop a willingness to learn more about veterinary services, updated medical office procedures, and assisting the veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments.
- Utilize exceptional client service skills to build strong relationships with pet owners and their pets.
- Demonstrate a compassion and nurturing attitude, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all.
- Remain calm in stressful situations and adapt to changing circumstances, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and patients.
- Take initiative and work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Possess a Veterinary Assistant (VA) or Veterinary Office Assistant (VOA) program certificate, or be willing to obtain one.
