Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, as we offer on-the-job training to ensure your success in this role.
  • Work Experience: We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Setting: You will have the opportunity to work in various locations, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Tasks and Responsibilities:
    • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and maintaining trees and plants.
    • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to ensure a well-manicured appearance.
    • Rake and collect refuse to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
    • Lay sod or seed to create lush and vibrant landscapes.
    • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties.
    • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth.
    • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure their optimal health and appearance.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
    • Be physically demanding, requiring regular lifting, bending, and standing.
    • Work on a seasonal basis, with a typical workweek consisting of 32 hours.
    • Communicate effectively in English, as this is the primary language used in the workplace.
