About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Willowbrook Montessori Daycare. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children, fostering their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the well-being and growth of children
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of other early childhood educators and assistants
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, ensuring their basic needs are met
  • Encourage children to express creativity through art, music, and play
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on children's progress and any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent
  • Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
