Job Description:

The Float Pharmacist will provide pharmacy services and support to customers, medical practitioners, and other retail pharmacies. The ideal candidate will work within assigned territory, achieving excellence in patient-focused care, customer service, workflow efficiencies, and professional clinical services.

Responsibilities:
- Focus on clinical services, including disease state management, medication reviews, health risk assessments
- Prioritize technical functions for Pharmacy Assistants when available
- Initiate care plans, follow up, and document
- Coach pharmacy students and Pharmacy Assistants (if applicable)

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Licensed Pharmacist in the province of responsibility
- Previous experience in a retail and/or retail pharmacy setting preferred
