This role involves comprehensive nursing care in our palliative program, reporting to the Clinical Manager. To be successful, you will require:

• A graduate degree from an accredited college nursing program

• Registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

Additionally, we seek candidates with:

• At least two years' experience in Gerontology, Palliative, Rehabilitation, or Medical/Surgical Nursing

• Knowledge of Continuing Care reporting systems (CCR), Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), and Minimum Data Set (MDS)

This role demands exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong team focus. You must be self-directed, able to work independently and collaboratively with an interprofessional team, and demonstrate a commitment to continuing education and personal development in nursing.
