Express Scripts Canada is looking for a skilled Senior Payroll Administrator to join our Human Resources team for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will have working knowledge of the rules and regulations affecting payroll and be able to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, in accordance with statutory compliance and company's guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
Hiring new employees into ADP WFN, performing salary adjustments, modifying employee records, etc.
Entering position transfers, salary and status changes, preparing final pays, etc.
Preparing and reviewing reports, such as T2200 processing and ROE.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the payroll field, excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and French, and strong computer skills, including Excel for data manipulation and reporting. A diploma program in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources is also required.
