  • You will lead a team of sales associates and provide coaching and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
  • You will be responsible for creating and executing daily sales plans, building relationships with customers, and providing mentorship and coaching to your team.
  • You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive work environment, communicating effectively with your team, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for building and managing a daily game and sales plan for the department, creating development plans for full-time staff, and communicating skills proven through effective huddles/meetings/coaching sessions.
Requirements
  • You will have a customer-focused mindset and be able to plan, execute, and drive sales.
  • You will be a leader who leads by example and has a passion for coaching, developing, and inspiring your team.
  • You will be a culture and brand ambassador who loves the work and takes pride in our brand.
  • You will have a minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, preferably at a supervisory level, and a proven track record of business growth and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in or involvement in sports or the sporting goods industry is an asset.
