Marketing Coordinator

SubsurfaceAI Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Promotions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Event Planning: Develop and execute events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
- Marketing Strategy: Evaluate and optimize our communication strategies and programs to achieve business objectives.
- Client Engagement: Respond to inquiries from members of the business community, providing expert advice on development opportunities.
- Market Research: Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
- Content Creation: Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles to support marketing efforts.
- Client Support: Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Special Events: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions, leveraging our brand and products to drive engagement and sales.
- Market Analysis: Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Research and Development: Design market research questionnaires to gather valuable insights and inform marketing strategies.
- Portfolio Development: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials, showcasing our brand and products in a compelling and effective manner.
- Digital Marketing: Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to reach a wider audience and drive sales.
- Strategic Planning: Develop marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Client Relationship Management: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week.
- English language.
