Job Summary

ARTES, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to manufacture precision parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts
  • Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly
  • Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
  • Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
  • Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
Requirements
  • Machinist Trade Certification
  • Experience with CNC machines and computer-aided design (CAD)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
