Paddy's Oneil's is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our culinary vision.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Staff Training: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
