About the Job

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week. You will be responsible for hiring, scheduling, and supervising staff, as well as planning and estimating labor and materials for landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Coordinate the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Provide technical advice to resolve work problems and increase property value.
  • Schedule work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for landscape construction projects.
  • Tender and administer contracts with suppliers and clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • An understanding of landscaping principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as relocation costs covered by employer.
