Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care and support to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities and promoting their independence.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare and hospitality teams to deliver a seamless and personalized experience for our residents.
  • Participate in activation programs and mobility restrictions to ensure our residents' physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Support the delivery of diverse services and special events, including CPR/First Aid and Safe Food Handler's certification.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that values empathy, understanding, and respect for our residents and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or hospitality environment, with knowledge of activation programs and mobility restrictions.
  • Empathy for and understanding of the needs of older adults and/or disabled individuals.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and support the delivery of diverse services and special events.
  • Successful completion of CPR/First Aid and Safe Food Handler's certification (if applicable).
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
