About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 6505679 Manitoba Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure effective team performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activity.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize point of sale systems and other technology to support operations.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate adaptability, integrity, a positive attitude, and excellent client focus.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
