About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Dil Chahal Construction Ltd. as a Construction Worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris.
  • Construction Tasks: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding work environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Must have attention to detail to ensure quality work.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) is required.
Personal Qualities and Suitability
  • Team Player: Must be a team player with a hardworking attitude.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
