Job Overview

Cpus Engineering Staffing Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tech Engineer/Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical oversight and guidance to various initiatives aimed at improving performance in Refurbishment Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance process efficiencies
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to various initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain the Refurbishment Engineering Program Management Plan and Functional Management Plan
  • Assess and communicate technical aspects of engineering to various organizations
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of engineering, quality, physics, chemistry, metallurgy, mathematics, electricity, and/or economics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days remote)
  • Experience in the design, development, or operation of a nuclear facility or industrial environment
Qualifications
  • Four-year university education in an appropriate engineering field or equivalent level of education
  • Training and experience in the design, development, or operation of a nuclear facility or industrial environment
  • Experience in solving problems, providing advice and guidance, and making recommendations
