As a Senior Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site management, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee site management activities, including patient recruitment, investigator interactions, and protocol compliance.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential issues related to trial conduct and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including study start-up, patient recruitment, and data management, to ensure seamless handoffs and meet project milestones.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in clinical trial management processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including site visit reports, monitoring calls, and central monitoring reports.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and project stakeholders on trial progress and any deviations from the original plan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a life science or healthcare-related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical trial management, with a focus on site management and monitoring.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations and ICH guidelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time, with occasional international travel.
