About the Job

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Developing and implementing effective project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with the Baseline Schedule.
  3. Ensuring that project costs are accurately reported and forecasted, and that any variances are promptly identified and addressed.
  4. Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  5. Leading and mentoring junior project managers to develop their skills and expertise.
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you will need:

  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years of direct project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
